"You're the ONLY person who would like it that way. Now play it again, and keep the rhythm properly. This is not in cantabile style, so quit it already."

"ah...like this?"

"NO! Why so rushed? Adagio, SLOWLY!"

"Ahh Senpai, you're too difficult today. I like playing it this way so that's how I'm going to play it."

"Don't pout at me. If Grieg heard you butchering his Piano Concerto like this..."

"Grieg isn't playing it. Nodame is. and Nodame is playing it in Nodame style."

[sounds of a book being slapped against a forehead]

"GYABO!!"

"PLAY IT AGAIN"

"Why do you have to hit so hard? Now Nodame does not feel like practicing at all"

"Hey. don't- don't get up. Where are you going?!"

"ahh...this nice pianist at the competitions booth said I could stop by his place whenever I wanted. I'm going to show him my favourite Puri-Gorota episodes!"

"You're missing practice to go see some old hentai?!"

"He is not old! He's the same age as you!"

"...eh?"

[a door closes, Chiaki is alone]

"...a date?! Idiot! She didn't even tell me where she was going"

[sounds of piano are heard, Chiaki is playing Grieg, Nodame-style]

[outside the house]

"Ehh?! Chiaki is not playing it adagio either"
